The Mandrake (Adults Only) Hotel London

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to from Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road tube stations. It is also close to all the public areas, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are nicely set out with comfortable beds and nice en-suite bathrooms. The staff is welcoming and the continental breakfast is enjoyable. the hotel offers a clean and stylish stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the food at the hotel was dreadful and overpriced.

Although the garden terrace they had was closed we saw it and it was impressive the decoration of the same one impressed us a lot I suppose that in summer it will be an incredible place, putting in scene of the hotel very well everything. bathroom was great and bed very comfortable. 10 to the reception team great!

There are two parts to improve:. In rooms we had several incidents, minibar makes a lot of noise and we had to turn it off to sleep has been a very annoying noise, we also had an electrical problem with a lamp and jumped the weights of the room but good has been a timely event, add that we were scared because the fire alarm went off. we went there were two parties, one on Friday as Halloween and other on Saturday. In these events many people came from outside the hotel and there was a lot of noise so we could not rest well and I spent a little insecurity in general a lot of people moving by stairs etc.., so I did not understand very well if Mandrake is a night club or a hotel... From the reception we were asked to apologize, I don't know if it's the same every weekend because you can't use the usual services of the hotel. I would give you another chance because as an establishment it is great as long as it doesn't coincide with night parties until three in the morning

Unique design and attention to detail. Spacious Newman room with bathtub and shower. Terrace restaurants and bar offer plenty to do in the evening. Attentive and helpful staff. Relaxing greenhouse and library spaces. Lovely terrace garden. Iron and aircon provided in the room. Well-located with a great bar and lounge.

The whole concept, the location, they take care of every detail. The excellent room, designed with great style. The great restaurant!!!

The architecture and interior finishes were amazing! The attention to detail was extraordinary and it made the hotel feel like a work of art. the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy to get around and see everything on our list. Another advantage was the attentive staff. They were friendly and were pretty good too make our stay enjoyable. Their customer service was great and made us feel welcome and taken care of.

One of the things we disliked was the size and darkness of the rooms. They were quite small and lacked natural light, made them feel a bit cramped.

trendy hotel, tasteful and very lively in the evenings. Rooftop absolutely incredible. Ideal location in the centre of London close to everything including great places to dine. good service, welcoming staff, young, responsive, dynamic and extremely friendly.

Quite small rooms whose decoration remains rather classical and not so refined. With regard to the aesthetics of the common areas (very trendy, stylish and trendy), the decoration of the rooms doesn't seem to be quite coherent . For some rooms, it is sometimes necessary to go through the bar to be able to access the elevator. Sometimes annoying on evenings when the bar is very busy. Not very intimate in this situation.

Breakfast is disappointing. For £30, we get juice, coffee and eggs. The rest is extra. Be careful, on the WE, it is impossible to sleep quietly in one of the rooms facing the inside.

I had an really good stay at this hotel. The decor, styling, and layout were fantastic, giving it a complete wow factor. The staff were very professional, cute, and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a marble bathroom that left me in awe. The shower experience was the best I've ever had, and the luxury toiletries, thick white robes, and slippers added that extra touch of luxury. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful and interesting selection of books provided in the room, which I enjoyed reading on the terrace. Speaking of which, I stayed in a Terrace Room with a mezzanine terrace with a hanging garden, art work, and cane furniture. The hotel also had an ironing board and iron in the room, which came in handy. this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning.

The proximity to Oxford Street is great. The reception is top notch and all the people who work in the hotel are very friendly and all very nice. Nice atmosphere lounges in the evenings and generally speaking, the setting is really beautiful. I strongly recommend for a business trip, for lovers or family.

The asbestos window that opens into the bedroom. The cleaning is not done in the room on the second day.

decoration was magnificent, room superb and hotel was just a stone's throw from Oxford Street.

There was a Halloween party that night and we had not been notified despite the request for a quiet room. We couldn't hear the music, on the other hand, the partygoers were far from being discreet until the middle of the night (not counting the street noise) and to top it all off, the fire alarm went off for 2-3 minutes at 4am .

A hidden gem with perfect attention to detail, private courtyard, jasmine scented terraces, fantastic cocktails, wellbeing energy healing treatments.

For us it was ideal.

I was thrilled with the sultry vibe and romantic ambiance of The Mandrake. The hotel's dark and stylish decor created a unique experience. The room was comfortable, providing a quiet and super calm place for a restful night's sleep. The location, just a few blocks from the main road in the Soho area, made it convenient to explore central London. The breakfast was satisfying and kept us fueled until the afternoon. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the small size of the room and the occasional noise from outside, I would highly recommend staying at The Mandrake. I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return.

This hotel is a luxurious gem in a central location. the unique and artistic decor in the lobby, bar and restaurant creates a sense of exclusivity. the room is filled with art books, adding to the sophisticated atmosphere. the live entertainment and sun terrace are great features that add to the hotel's charm. the high-end restaurant serves delicious food with a diverse menu, and room service breakfast is great for lazy mornings. the bar and lounge area has a great selection of alcohol.

The hotel room would have been more spacious, but it was still great. the room is soundproof, but occasionally you might hear noises from the hallway.

This hotel is an oasis of luxurious relaxation. the exclusive amenities and personalized service are exceptional, with a stunning Spa & wellness centre, Jacuzzi, and private facilities to enjoy. the restaurant offers delicious in-room breakfast options, as well as fantastic packed lunches with special diet menus. the bar/lounge area is perfect for a nightcap, and guests can enjoy live entertainment in the sun terrace or garden area.

the outdoor dining area took a little longer than expected to serve our food.
